I arrived about 5 minutes before my appointment and sat down. Nobody was at the desk for me to check in nor did anyone acknowledge me. A simple hi or can I help you would have been nice. I actually thought about walking out when the employees were close enough to see me but didn’t bother to say hi. I wish I left because my haircut was not even (left side longer than the right). I asked for layers and none were added.

$293 for a haircut and full head of highlights and a bottle of shampoo. I asked for a shoulder length cut and got a between chin and shoulder length cut. I will say the highlight colors are nice. I was in the chair for four hours and had to ask for water; no beverages were offered. There aren’t even magazines to read. That price breaks down to $70/hr if I assume the shampoo was $13. I didn’t receive an itemized bill. The prices they post on their website are nowhere near what they actually charge. And it was loud, lots of yackers!
