Nails were very ugly , what toppped it off was we paid too much for it to cost what it did. When told we didn’t like he said he couldn’t do anything about it, this is ridiculous ! DO NOT RECOMMEND

The technician was rude and rushed. I got SNS and 8 of my 10 nails are uneven. She didn’t ask what nail shape I wanted, just did what she wanted. I had to ask for my cuticles be cleaned up. I thought that was part of the service, but apparently not here. Definitely do not recommend. Manicure

I went for a mani and pedi and usually it is great but not this time my nails were done horrible I explained the SNS was coming off and they keep trying to fix them and then all my nails were doing it I asked when the manager would be back and they said they don’t know she is never their and she really is never there!

Always receive the BEST service and results from this salon. Ben, KC, Amber and Mimi (who rarely makes an appearance) are the best nail techs/artists ever! Love this place. 10/10 would recommend.

I came to this nail shop thinking I was going to get a good service but that was the opposite. The lady’s were rushing and really rude. I do nail art at home and was looking for a set of nails to go with my very formal event. And the lady doing my nails she couldn’t do a straight line, I kept addressing it and we tried many different looks that just wasn’t turning out. I could tell she was getting annoyed which only made her nail work worse.The lady was also aggressive with the file. But I know me and many other are looking for a good set of nails and this place isn’t it.

Pedicure was ok, manicure ended up being horrible. One fingernail chipped before I even got home. Within a few days, 3 were totally messed up. It’s like the polish didn’t dry and I could almost peel it off. The services were a treat for me, I feel bad she paid so much for such sloppy service.

Terrible service with the worse pedicure I’ve ever had. My 5 year old could have painted my nails better than the older lady I had did today. Terrible experience and a huge waste of money. I’ve picked all the gel polish off my toes as they were already lifting. Will not be back! So disappointed. Pedicure

Rushed through my nails, hardly filed them, not a good scrub on bottom of feet, not sanitary, don’t use bags in foot tubs, no cleaning of items seen. Put paraffin wax on fingernails before painting, now my nails are peeling and they were just done a couple of days ago with gel polish. Also said they couldn’t do paraffin wax on feet because I got a French manicure, not sure what that would have to do with it???? And very expensive
