As far as results and quality I have no concerns. I find the staff cold and just want to get you out. I have had dermaplane and Botox. I had the consultation and was very disappointed. I thought they would take pictures and make treatment recommendations which did not happen. It was all about selling me a $600 moisturizing system. Did not discuss Botox, fillers, laser or other treatments. Again she just wanted to get me out. The bright spot is the receptionist. She is extremely friendly and helpful. I hate this because I see Dr. Limbert and really like him.

I’ve been to Shine a few times now. First, I love the atmosphere; this place is very well done. Second, Monika’s facials are TOP NOTCH!! (seriously love the derma-plane!) Third, I had Monika, the receptionist, AND the office manager all helping me choose a mix of skincare products. It was awesome!! So far, I am loving everything I bought — especially the MoonShine micro-mineral resurfacing treatment. I use it a couple times a week in the shower, and it removes the dead skin and rough patches on my face. I couldn’t be more pleased and so happy I have this option in Cape!
