Updated 9/8/2021 with more pictures. In response to this review, I was told on 8/31/2021 that the GM would reach out, but I have yet to be contacted as of 9/27/2021. I’ve lowered my review by one star because of this. I understand if customer service doesn’t extend past payment, but don’t say something if you won’t follow through with it. If I do not update this again, assume that I was never contacted.

Josie was amazing!! During our consultation we talked about what I wanted to do with my hair, she also suggested a few things which I loved. During my appointment she went over what she was going to do to my hair again. Great customer service, very personable and sweet. I left there VERY happy with my haircut and color. Thanks Josie!!

Gabby did a great job with my balayage and haircut! I have naturally black hair and I let her know my fear of my hair getting lifted wrong to orange and brassy tones vs. the ashy light brown I was going for. She listened to me and made sure that I got the color and look I wanted. She was also very sweet and wonderful to chat with throughout my whole appointment. Definitely will come back to see her in the future!

Cherryl was amazing! I have been letting my gray grow in and needed a transitional style for my baby fine thin straight hair.
