I had a very bad experience with this Salon couple of days ago. The owner of the salon got my hair colored and cut. Her name was Flora. She told me that she would color my hair first and do the hair cut. Since i was in a rush, i told her that i will do the hair cut later. But, at the end she charged me for the hair cut, which she didn’t do. It was $91 for the service. I felt the whole experience was horrible, and she was rude and greedy to have overcharged for the service.

Do not get your hair cut here. I went in for a trim and she just took a hair clipper and went across my hair. My hair looks like it was chopped with a cleaver. When I asked her to style and fix it, she just said, this looks good, leave it. I was quite shocked. I would not recommend this place to anyone especially for women haircut.

I was here about six months ago and was charged 45.00 dollars for a cut and style … it was ok not worth the price so I went else where for my next two cuts. Today I was in a hurry and needed to get a cut for tmorrow, I saw the place on my way to BART and said oh well it will be good enough. Only this time they charged me sixty five dollars for the exact same services and my hair is the same length as it was the last time I went in. Also I showed a picture of the style I wanted and what I got was not what I asked for. The experience felt crooked and rushed, I don’t recommend this place for women.

Great place for a quick haircut. I wouldn’t go to drastically change my hair, but it’s decent for trims and simple layering. Haircuts start at $18 and up so it’s pretty affordable and the staff is very nice.
