This is by far the best hair studio you can go to, everyone is so friendly and are more than able to give you the style you are looking for. Angie is who I usually see and she always makes my hair look like something you’d see on the cover of a magazine! Best salon experience ever…. been getting my hair done for more than 10 years by Angie and couldn’t ask for a better stylist.. all the stylists there have lots of experience I also take my son there and he gets compliments all the time about how good his hair looks.. highly recommend also salon is very cute and well decorated. Critical: Professionalism, Quality! Took my girls to Shine Hair Salon to have highlights put in their hair on Thursday of last week by Sunday the color was gone! Now mind you I paid 220 dollars plus a 40 dollar tip to get their hair done. I was never told that this was not permanent and that if they wash their hair a lot and the sun would cause it to fade! When I called the salon the owner wouldn’t even talk to me about it and the stylist got a attitude with me over it all! I have two upset girls cause they lost their color and she wants to get attitude!! I think not! Needless to say they did not stand behind their work and I will never go there again or refer anyone else there! Shine is a salon where you walk in and feel like part of the crew. The stylists are down to earth and make you feel welcome and comfortable right off the bat. Angie has been styling my hair for years. She never disappoints and always gives me exactly what I want. When I’m not sure what I want, she has suggestions and knows exactly what I’m trying to communicate even when I don’t use the correct terminology. I used to get super anxious when i would get my hair done and haven’t felt this way in years. I sit back, relax and know when I walk out I’m going to be happy with my “new do.”

Absolutely needs to train their stylists better, asked for just an inch off the bottom. The girl cut actually 4 inches off my hair and cut layers that I did not ask for into it. When it was finished and I quote she said “It’s still pretty long”. Beyond furious with this salon. I had to go to another salon to get it fixed because the layers were messed up and my hair was majorly uneven. If I could I would give 0 stars. Patiently waiting for a YEAR of hair growth to grow back now.
