I am super distrustful of people touching my hair at all because of a bad experience I had at a salon in the past BUT, I got my hair done by Andrea and it was probably the most comfortable and pleasant salon experience in my entire life. Clean and stylish design. I really appreciate that they have a small business attitude and they weren’t trying to sell me $300 worth of gimmicky products. Also Andrea was very respectful of how I wanted my hair cared for and just did a really great job. I loved getting to pet Norman, the support pup while I got my hair done. Not going anywhere else ever.

Super cute and lots of cool services. I’ve gotten several spa services here and they’ve all been good or great. Least favorite has been the massage though, I give the hot stone massage I got here 4/10…I’m kinda a massage queen though so it’s possible I’m being extra critical in my feedback. There is an extremely freakin cute teeny dog here that greeted me when I entered last visit, which was AMAZING.

I had a DIP MANICURE and it am so happy that I did! No more acrylic on my nails, however I still have the strength of acrylic without damaging my nail beds. Also, a big one with the dip manicure is no harsh fumes like acrylic! I also had a oxygen facial and I just loved it! My skin was plump and so smooth, my makeup when on beautifully after my facial!

I have been to this salon multiple times for facials and a massage and I was very pleased, however this time I decided to get a pedicure. To say the least I was very disappointed. The pedicure was missing half of the services it should have entailed. They did not cut my cuticles, barley buffed the bottoms of my feet, or scrubbed them. I did not even receive a massage. She did scrub and massage my calves but was not impressed with the shape of my nails, nor was asked my preference. I am just very disappointed in the service considering this is a professional salon and I have enjoyed every other service I have gotten here.
