2 stars because service desk and technician were friendly and they made time for me, though it was the quickest service I’ve ever gotten it was way too quick and not worth the 45 dollars I paid. Here’s why my personal experience was not great and I recommend not coming here. I felt she rushed through it and didn’t pay attention to detail, see the photos attached. She literally painted my nails and slapped some lotion on my hands and called it good. Literally done in 15 minutes. Though I only wanted a manicure, at no point did she tend to my cuticles, or have me wash in-between filings, so nail dust was everywhere. My skin started breaking out from the lotion the minute I left.

I’ve been here before change of management but two weeks ago I took my Nieces here to get a full set because I’ve had great experiences BEFORE. But let me tell you, one of the workers that did one of my nieces nails was horrible. The owner had to “fix” them and even then, it wasn’t what my niece asked. $100 for a set of horrible nails. I gave you guys 2 stars because the set of my other nieces nails was really beautiful and she still has them on. But I was really disappointed and my niece was really upset she was uncomfortable with the set and had to take them off. $100 down the drain

The tech who did my nails was very kind. However, she didn’t do what I asked for, and my nails are uneven with a lot of ridges. There’s bubbles under my acrylics, as well. I showed a photo of what exactly I wanted, and that isn’t what I received. Again, the tech was kind and talkative and that’s the reason I’m giving 2 stars.

The receptionist is very sweet. The nail tech I had was horrible. She was complaining about dping my nails the entire time. I had a fill and one color. She did not fill toward the cutical and the gel polish application was uneven. I called and asked if I could have them re-done. When I got there to get it fixed, it was supposed to be a different nail tech. That person did not show. Another nail tech got set up to fix them, but told me she was going to charge me. Finally, I got frustrated and refused to pay. They made me wait over an hour and a half to wait for the original nail tech, who did not do them right and complained about being scheduled with me while she was cooking.

I wanted to get a long layered haircut. But what I got is not even closed to layered at all. I’m not satisfied. The lady who did my hair acts & talks like she has years of experienced but I didn’t like my hair cut at all. I paid $50 for a 15 min. hair cut, that looks like a trim. She was quick. I was supposed to go back for perm. Instead I went to my old hair dresser in north town. I rather go back to ROSE than whoever out there. I’ll never go back there again. Geez!!! I regret

Visiting from out of town and my gf wanted her nails done. Came to this salon and it was great! I got a pedicure while I was here also. That was a great value with several options to choose from, I got the 3rd option (forgot the name) and I got the best stone message on my feet and legs with it. Great service and conversation from Cindey. She also did my gfs manicure and she loves the outcome

Expensive and subpar work. Got my feet done and they didnt even have a protective bag got athletes foot that barely cleared up. Also got a full set done and they spent more than 2 hours on a basic design and left them so thick and sloppy. Ive gotten my hair done with a basic cut and curtain bangs and was charged over 200. 2 stars only cuz they have free champagne and the front desk ladies are always so sweet. Stay away .
