I just got my Halloween themed nails like I do every year on 10/18/22. Well by Saturday 10/22/22 my first finger and middle finger SNS dipped nails lifted and the middle nail popped off. I went back this morning Monday 10/24/22 to let them know what had happened. They made me an appointment for later today and I went in to have it fixed. My nail tech who originally did my nails fixed it for me no questions asked and was very sweet about it. I’m glad they are looking good and I love my nails.

Don’t go here to get your nails done if you are a person of color. They act as if they do not want our services. On THREE different occasions I’ve experienced blatant racism walking in and having to walk out and not get any services done. They have horrible customer service and its honestly ridiculous. They greet others when they walk in but what I have experienced is a non chalant, “yeah, can we help you” no type of greeting to welcome you. I honestly think it’s horrible and they are rude. I will never patronize this place again. I could see if it was maybe once when I walked in, I get that people get overwhelmed but…..everytime I walk in I’m greeted with an attitude of disgust or they’re just too busy to serve us. When someone of a different persuasion walks in, they are singing a different tune and welcoming with open arms.

HORRIBLEI called to make an appointment for an acrylic fill in. I was open as far as time and day. I was told there are only two people that do anything other than just mani or pedi. Then told me they were too busy and couldn’t help me. Then hung up on me. I guess they don’t want new business?? TERRIBLE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS
