Idk how she took my puny misshapen sad looking brows and made them look full and fabulous. If I knew how gorgeous they would be, I would’ve taken a “before” pic for comparison! For years I’ve ONLY gone to that chain company in the mall (you know the one), but with no mall in Clermont I was at a loss. This is my 2nd visit to Shilpa and it sealed the deal for me. Gorgeous. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for over 15 years so I am familiar with the process. I would not recommend this woman at all. I should’ve realized when she took over 10 minutes on 1 eyebrow. She kept going back over and over. Mind you I have naturally normal arched eyebrows (not thick) I just get them cleaned up. She left me with a patch of missing hair and said I didn’t grow hair there! NOPE! She messed up and tried to say that was my brow! I told her I have tons of photos and that’s not true she shouldn’t lie if she screwed up. She left my eyebrows lopsided and awful. Didn’t even bother to apply anything afterwards as usually done by other places. Never going back.
