I had henna for my hair yesterday. The entire service took 13 mins. My hair is of decent length. The quality of the service was extremely poor. Half of the grey hair is still left that way. The henna applied did not touch all portions of the hair nor the scalp. One could do a better job at home. The product used didn’t even have conditioner nor any cooling effect which is the whole point of the service. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Reserved and tried the full face waxing but ended up with a mix of waxing and threading. If you aren’t used to threading, the noise and feel is disconcerting compared to be used to the waxing experience. The website showed $40 pricing for this service, but I was actually charged $45 before tip, maybe it was a credit card surcharge or increased ’23 pricing, either way it was unexpected when compared to the website. Also, bookings are solely by phone and with only one staff member they may be busy or have somewhat limited hours relative to a larger business with more staff. It was my first visit, I may try again after checking out other options in the area.

Previously, 2 months ago had a okay threading experience for my wife. Since the threading was done too fast, we guess both eyebrows became uneven and one of the brows was thinner. We weren’t able to correct as the occasion was next day. We are hoping to give a good feedback to Shilpa’s based on today’s experience. Updated rating from 1-star to 3-star based on other latest positive reviews.

The spa opened recently and I was there last week. Shilpa does a great job with threading. She’s super fast and does a perfect job. I have to admit, she is the only one who has ever managed to thread my eyebrows without giving me any cuts or bruises. This place also has a separate room for waxing and facials. Overall very professional and hygienic. I would highly recommend this place!
