The place is clean, friendly, with professionals that are very knowledgeable of hair health and style. Today I came because my hair is dry, thin, and falling.. I wanted to color it and Michelle advise me to not put chemical products in my hair since is delicate and fragile. She recommended an organic no chemical hair color they offer to let my hair heal. No body ever told me about any of that. She was very helpful and super nice to me. I love this place because they not only want to offer services but also help you care for your hair. Came in for a haircut and did not have any idea what I wanted. John was very helpful with trying to find an example of a haircut I liked and we agreed upon the details of it before we started the cut. They were offering the haircut plus head salon for 60 so I said why not and John did not disappoint. After the haircut he made my head feel like a million bucks and I’m probably coming back. Definitely recommend this place and John too.

Love coming here. They washed your hair twice. Once in the beginning and one at the end of the haircut. I would think they have good price for what they do and usually enough time slots for you to come in when you want. Highly recommend!!

Got my haircut by James. Showed him a picture of what I wanted and he nailed it and was sure to ask questions regarding small details in the picture. Throughout the process, he would check with me if that’s how I wanted it and adjusted as necessary when I specified something.

Absolutely the worst hair cut experience I’ve ever had. The people washing your hair and the staff are nice and I am unsure about the other hair stylists/barbers, but Tony is horrendous. I don’t speak Korean, but even the process of the cut is lacking in so many areas that a China Town hair cut felt higher quality. My instructions were simple and I didn’t have a picture, but I don’t think short on the sides and long on the top = Bowl Cut. He even asked if my bangs, cut evenly, which were blocking my eyes were okay. Followed by asking to cut them shorter, he just made it even worst. There was no styling at ALL. No parting, no gel, no anything to make it have a shape. It was a lifeless cut that you might be better off cutting your own hair with just YouTube tutorials. It is an experience I wish upon no one. If you want to try the place out ask for a different hair stylist if you see Tony. Otherwise, go somewhere else that’s more professional and actually cares for their customers. They’ll let you leave with a terrible cut without saying anything.

I got to see John at Shilla Mens salon and always have a good experience. This place is always efficient and gets you in and out with a quality cut. John is attentive to detail with his craft and makes sure you are happy leaving his chair.The girl who washes hair is gentle and give you a good wash. I always leave here looking sharp.

The guy that works at the middle seat needs to stop using thinning scissors. He has no idea what he is doing. A while back, I got a haircut here and it was a mediocre cut, but my hair texture was completely ruined and I am currently still growing it out to try and get it to it’s same state from before. For the sake of your clients, don’t use the thinning shears at all since we dont even ask for them to begin with.
