Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityMade an appointment today for 1:30pm for 2 people. My mom is very strict and traditional and requested a female massage therapist. Instead 2 men come in to our room and frightened my mom. We were under sheets half way undressed.. I told them our appointment specifically requested a female therapist. They spoke with a female in staff and sounded like a huge fight about it. The male therapist provides me with a phone translation that they couldn’t get a female for another 20 minutes.They left us there in the room without a word. So we got dressed and left. No apologies for anything, they said nothing to us. As if we didn’t matter. My mom was so freaked out!! Seriously disappointed with the lack of communication and staff that can’t even speak English. Made an appointment today for 1:30pm for 2 people. My mom is very strict and traditional and requested a female massage therapist. Instead 2 men come in to our room and frightened my mom. Critical: CommunicationMy husband and I went for a couples massage for our anniversary. The massage was decent and the massage therapists weren’t bad. However, the massage felt very rushed and as soon as the timer stopped they left the room like their pants were on fire. Then when we paid with cash the gentlemen at the front acted like he didn’t carry change. Like he expected that as his tip. Which I give tips separately or let them know to keep the change. My husband and I went for a couples massage for our anniversary. The massage was decent and the massage therapists weren’t bad. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI personally think there is nothing wrong with the service here, they deserve a 20% tip. To me, their service is very good and the people are very friendly. I will still patronize here. After all, they rely on tips to earn living expenses of!
