Positive: ValueThe quality of hair extensions this salon carries is AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bundles are full and THICK with minimal shedding; you can literally wash and reuse and it looks good as new! I also love how respectful and accommodating the owner is; very sweet person! My real hair was damaged and completely bald in the center of my head and now it’s completely grown back! Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueQuality of the frontal didn’t match the bundles. My frontal was dry, hard to comb & looked awful after a few days. Critical: ProfessionalismDO NOT BUY FROM THIS THEIF! I purchased a wig and install 3 months ago and NEVER received the wig or install. I scheduled an appointment before my trip to Mexico and the “owner” canceled the day before my trip. I tried to reschedule or pick up my wig for 3 months and never received either. I tried to reschedule for my birthday and she apologized and said she would reschedule and STOPPED responding again. Disgraceful, as a black woman, I tried to support her and it’s sad that this was the outcome. I see this is a trend based on other reviews and will be reporting her to the BBB and suing.
