If I could leave 0 stars, I most certainly would. This salon, furthermore hair stylist: Amber has the absolute worst customer service. She lacks many things I feel a hair stylist should possess. We gave her a try in effort to help what appeared to be a stylist in need of support but that was a horrible decision. I will ensure that my family and friends stay far away from this lady. She uses foul language in-front of children (Individuals under the age of 18) and she speaks to you as if she does not need the help. What baffles me is I am able to tell by looking at her up and down that she needs all the financial assistance one could get. This young lady lacks tact and that’s something I encourage you all to search for when looking for a stylist. If you’re taking my advice, you’ll run far away from here.

The bad reviews are more than justified! I scheduled an appointment for my niece through her IG and received a confirmation through styleseat. Upon arrival, she tells my niece that she doesn’t show an appointment for her. She puts me on speaker phone and I tell Amber that I can forward her my confirmation. She’s not interested in seeing it and isn’t apologetic. She states I’m not the first person this has happened to. We drove from Ft.Worth for this appointment and her unwillingness to take responsibility proves what everyone else has said. We will be going elsewhere to say the least.
