Critical: QualityIf I could give zero stars I would. I went here to get hand tied extensions with Brianna. Aside from them not matching my hair at all they were installed completely incorrectly. I reached out to brianna to let her know that I was extremely unhappy with my hair and I was paying even more money at a different salon to get the extensions toned so they would match my hair better. She offered to redo them and I told her I wasn’t comfortable having her redo them after how they came out the first time and I proceeded to ask for a refund for the $300 I paid to have them installed. I never received a response to that message. This pictures are ONE WEEK after having my extensions installed. DO NOT come here for hand tied extensions.If I could give zero stars I would. I had the worst experience in this salon.I told them I want Balayage. She did so fast. It was not even close to what I told her. My white hair was showing afterwards. I show to owner my white hair is showing she told me we don’t have magic wand to do same color you want to, but You can’t even color my white hair. They charge me full amount even I was not happy with the service.she told me different prices what the front desk girl told me. Not a good experience at all.
