Cannot say enough good things. They were able to fit me in for a last minute appointment. Shop was immaculate. They have lots of options And products available. Prices were reasonable. The owners are very kind and caring. And the lady that did my full set took a little over an hour for the whole thing! Awesome!

Very displeased with the lack of professionalism here. I had a few moments before I had to be somewhere so I stopped by and requested pricing to fix an “at home nail filing mistake” I made on my nails earlier in the day, along with the cost to re-polish my nails . Me and the lady spoke outside. She gave me the price and I agreed, so we went inside and she started working on my nails. The place was dark and dirty with nail dust everywhere. She was on a FaceTime call for the first half of the service speaking EXTREMELY loud, which was very frustrating. My daughter begins to pick out my polish color and the lady then decided to up the price by $15.00, when moments before it was another price. She started arguing with me when I told her the initial price she quoted me. The moment she was done filing, I paid her and left. I will not be returning here ever again.

There were 4 of us. We called to make sure they had enough time to do all our nails. We wanted a set of acrylics, a dip manicure, a gel manicure, and a standard polish manicure. When we arrived at 11am there were 2 people getting manicures. There were ONLY two people working. We sat and waited a very long time to get started, it was a little frustrating but not a big deal. But then as more people came in to do mani/pedi the staff would stop our service and start them. It took 3 and 1/2 hours to finally get the 4 of us done.

The woman was very nice but she did I really bad job on my nails. She left nail polish on my cuticles, she left parts of my nail unpainted, and left them very thick (they were acrylic). When I returned 5 mins later to get them fixed she “fixed” them but made them look worse.

People are nice but otherwise terrible service. They room smelt like cigarettes…when I left I felt like I had been in a bar. I went to store at 9am, that’s when they said they said they were open….stayed until 940… no one showed up. Left and ran other errands! Called at 1020 to see if they were open and asked if 2 pedis and manis could be done by 1140…was told yes. We went and there was one person working and she would get up and go do other things. She ended up doing another client in between myself and otfriend. We did not get done until 1220 and even then we left with wet nails. I will not go back. Very disappointed

I gave this place 2 tries for a shellac manicure. The skin on my nail bed was painted over both times causing a huge ridge when they started growing a little. I went back in a week later and told her how unhappy I was and why. She redid them. They looked the same as before. They’re going to grow and get snagged on things. Then charged me full price. It wasn’t even worth my time to go over it with her again. I will not be returning. The posts I read before I went in talked about how it was unsanitary and the tools weren’t clean. I didn’t experience that either time I went in. I’ll at least give her an extra star for that.
