I really couldn’t say enough good things about Sherry and her team! They’re all excellent at what they do my nails always come out amazing! And I bring my daughter who’s now 3 but has been coming along for about a year and they are all so kind to her plus patient and interactive with her I wouldn’t go anywhere else ever!

Not the best powder dip I’ve ever gotten, layered very thick, didn’t actually cut or push my cuticles (just used that sander thing) so I cant even clean them up myself because it will just look like empty growth space, also it seems nothing is cleaned in between clients besides giving it a little swish in the pedicure tub (pedicure was ok at best)

Been going here for years and you would think the attitudes would change. Every time I have went in there whether I have an appointment or not sherry puts me on the back end. You go in she greets certain people a certain way but when it comes to others she greets them like she’s annoyed and rushed. Today during my visit because she tells everyone to come in at 9:30 am and over books herself she wanted to get an attitude because I wanted designs and colors. THERE IS NEVER A TIME I DONT GET DESIGN. So I didn’t understand the shock or attitude she decided to give. I get you’re overwhelmed but at the same time know how to treat your customers. Today was my last visit at that nail salon and I advise women especially colored women to go elsewhere to get better services and better pricing. Every visit was a different price because of the most simplest things.

Was recommended to go here by a friend since I needed to find a new nail salon closer to work. They gave me a big basket of gel swatches to look through to pick the color. Before I had picked, I asked the girl doing my nails “are all of these colors the same price?” She looks at me and says yes. She rushes through the entire process and was on her phone half the time but that’s besides the point. When I went up to the counter to pay, a new woman rung me up and says it will be $38. I said well isn’t regular gel $28? It says it right there on your menu. I assured her I even checked with the girl who did my nails that every color was the same price and the woman then tries to tell me she must’ve misunderstood my question and doesn’t speak good English and because I picked this certain color, it was $10 more. I explained that since I am the customer, and I was never told that, it isn’t right to charge me that extra $10. At this point, it’s not about the money it’s about doing right by the customer. She proceeds to aggressively argue with me so much so that it became tacky. I told her to do whatever you need to do, and that if a $10 sale is more important to you than having a customer leave with a bad taste in their mouth, then so be it. Customer service was absolutely awful. First and last time here. Will never come back here again

Like everyone else I have been nail salon hopping around looking for someone that can keep up with the way I like my nails and I thought It was it and I would have to settle for less and still pay more! My sister recommended me to come in at Sherry’s, she said it’s the best she’s ever seen.. she said everyone is polite, and welcoming. So I called and asked for an appointment with sherry but she was all booked up, she said that her other nail techs do good designs too so I took the chance and made an appointment for 12:45p. I came in about 10mins before the time.. they asked me what I was looking for and asked me to pick a color, I sat for about 10mins and was taking right away! A woman named Amanda helped me, I got the uv gel full set.. when they build the gel over my real nail! A lovely Young lady, I believe her name was Erica.. has hands of gold, my neck and shoulders feel so much better thank you very much Oooo child I’m So in love and the design was done by Sherry herself! Thank you very much to Sherry’s and her girls! I’m very glad I took a chance to come in and meet you for myself, GREATEST NAIL EXPERIENCE EVER! ❤️❤️ ❤️

Sherry’s nail salon is a great nail spot! I’m so happy to have found this salon. I’m not being dramatic when I say, every time I get a full set of nails they always lift and my hair would get caught in the nails. Not with Sherry’s. I had my nails done with numerous nail technicians and NEVER any lifting I’m just so happy with the results and how great the nails last here. They know how to shape nails so good as well. Any shape you want they will give you, and they designs they can do is incredible! They are good with listening to what the client wants. Friendly staff. Even when it’s busy they make sure to accommodate me properly. I love this place and I know you will too!

A friend and I came in for pedicures with Ivy and Angela and my friend got an acrylic set as well from Amanda and all of it was amazing. Sherri and her staff were so attentive and kind. A very unkind woman came in just before we left who was treating the staff very poorly and just being overall rude and demanding towards her nail tech and the owner instead of just kindly asking for the changes she wanted but the staff remained patient and worked with the unsavory woman. As a small business owner in the beauty industry I applaud them for some of the best customer service I’ve seen.

Pretty disappointed in this salon. I had Lisa and she was rude the whole time I was there. She messed up one of my nails so when I asked her politely if she could fix it, she kept shaking her head and hastily fixing it as if I was bothering her for her messing up my nail lol it was my first time and I really wanted to like it but I won’t bother.
