Love getting my hair done at Sherry’s! I had Taylor and she was very professional and had a very bubbly and outgoing personality. She listened to what I wanted and did an amazing job! They do not explain their color policy in advance. I was unhappy with my highlights. I called within a week to say they were not showing. I was seen withing 2 weeks to get a color fix. They charged me for my color fix because I didn’t come in within a week. I told them I was mad and they refunded me half the cost. I called again and they really didn’t think they needed to refund all the money. They never refunded me the rest. Not happy. They didn’t seem to care either. They lost my business.

Do yourself a favor and don’t go here. Kaitlyn did a perm and it was supposed to be just wavy it turned out horrible, now I have to try and deal with my hair because someone doesn’t know what they are doing. And I had to pay for something I didn’t like, never had that happen before.
