Sheri’s Waxing & Skin

Critical: Professionalism, ValueI went here for a Brazilian, eyebrow wax, and upper lip wax. After the appointment, I realized a few things: 1) Sheri did not wear a mask during my waxing 2) I was overcharged by $20- it should have been 120 with $20 brow, $20 upper lip, and $80 first time Brazilian. Despite the prices listed in in print and on the website, I was charged $140. 3) as you can see by the pictures below, my eyebrow skin is very unhappy… the entire epidermis was waxed away. I’m now scabbing and slathering my face in neosporin. There are patches of hair still around my pubic area from the Brazilian, the hair on my upper lip is still there on the left side, and my eyebrows are completely uneven. Skin is also irritated in these areas. The amount that I paid was completely unreasonable for the quality of the waxing. For 140, it should have been absolutely perfect. Now, I’m sitting here in pain rescheduling a wax at a different facility to take care of the patches missed. Very disappointed.EDIT: I got them done on Monday. It is now Friday. The last picture shows my brows today. I am in horrible pain and embarrassed to leave the house. I went here for a Brazilian, eyebrow wax, and upper lip wax. After the appointment, I realized a few things: 1) Sheri did not wear a mask during my waxing 2) I was overcharged by $20- it should have been 120 with $20 brow, $20 upper lip, and $80 first time Brazilian. I’ve used wax strips on my legs before but thought it might be time to try a professional waxing. I did my underarms, legs, and an extended bikini. If I felt any pain at all it only lasted for a couple seconds and it was just in certain areas. It was actually a fun experience—many laughs were had because let’s face it the situation is a little awkward, but with Sheri it feels like you’re hanging out with your sister or your bff. Prices are very fair, the place looks nice and clean, soothing music, plenty of parking. I was in and out of there in like 60-70 minutes which is quick considering everything I had done. Sheri’s wonderful, I would recommend her to anyone! I’ve used wax strips on my legs before but thought it might be time to try a professional waxing. I did my underarms, legs, and an extended bikini. If I felt any pain at all it only lasted for a couple seconds and it was just in certain areas. It was actually a fun experience—many laughs were had because let’s face it the situation is a little awkward, but with Sheri it feels like you’re hanging out with your sister or your bff. She was amazing, the oil smelled amazing and even though I am crazy prone to scabbing I didn’t and my skin looks not the least bit irritated. I will be going back to her for sure. Highly recommend. This morning I went to Sheri’s for an eyebrow wax/ must needed shape! I am soooo thrilled that I did. She was amazing, the oil smelled amazing and even though I am crazy prone to scabbing I didn’t and my skin looks not the least bit irritated. I will be going back to her for sure. Highly recommend.
