Life changing massage!! I have suffered from TMJD for over 30 years. I’ve been to dentists, doctors and oral surgeons with little relief. The only answer I’ve been given is a night time bite guard and low dose muscle relaxer for daily use. And to take ibuprofen. I couldn’t open my mouth to yawn, couldn’t eat steak because my jaw got too tired and overall kept a headache. 1 90 minute TMJ massage changed all of that. The day after my massage, my pain was so much better that I didn’t have a headache at all. I’ve been able to open my mouth without pain for the first time in over 30 years. Sheri didn’t ask me to come back for regular massages, like most massage therapists do. She just told me to let her know if it helped. Her technique has turned my world upright! I highly recommend her for anyone suffering seemingly endless pain from a TMJ disorder diagnosis. It CAN get better! I will be seeing her if the pain starts back up, but until then, I plan to schedule a regular massage and I’m sending every one I can her way!
