I always schedule with Kevin to do anything with my hair. He is nothing short of phenomenal. I have really thick and long hair (knock on wood that doesn’t change) it was hard to find someone to cut it and dye it without charging an absurd amount extra or not mess it up.

I went for a first appointment with a girl, and on the phone they asked me all kinds of questions about my kind of hair ( just wavy/curly shoulder length) so I was confident I would have someone who could manage my head. When I arrived they told me the stylist had left early so I was thrown with this random girl who did NOT know what she was doing. I showed her 3 clear pictures of what I wanted, just an inch or two shorter than what I had with layers. No big deal. From the get go she looked totally lost with my head. She started cutting HUGE chunks from my hair, and thinking that was just part of a layer, she proceeded to absolutely BUTCHER my hair. The other stylists were obviously looking at her like “what the heck are you DOING!!” I couldn’t say anything I was fighting back my tears. I have less than an inch of hair on the back of my head now, completely choppy and left a ton of poof on the sides. I told her at the end it was too short, and she just said “oh it’ll grow back and fill in in a couple months”. WHAT!?!? I have been balling my eyes out all night. I will never recommend this to anybody

Do not believe those negative reviews! I didn’t see any snobbery, and you can dress casually! Obviously nobody is perfect, but my haircut experience could not have been better. All of the staff seemed professional and welcoming while Kelley, my stylist, listened to my requests and did a lovely job. This was a very pleasant experience. Trudy Itzko

After 10+ years of great service, I am saddened to have to share what I have witnessed with other patrons and now me. The salon is owned by a husband and wife. Sherif, the husband is busy as a stylist while he allows his wife to manage the operations. For years, I have seen the wife- Emon treat staff like TRASH and display interesting acts of customer of service with patrons. I always felt so bad for the staff who walk on egg shells around her and fear her wrath. So many Staff have left those who mai rain distance or bow down stay. Well yesterday, I went in for my regular service and the salon was dark. Puzzled, I asked if there was a problem. Emon in a frenzy shared how the electricity was out. Naturally, I was wondering if my stylist tried to reach me. Emon noted, the outage took place about 15-20 mins ago. I later learned it was hours earlier. As Emon began addressing another client, I reached for my cell and began dialing my Stylist, Lisa. As soon as Emon noticed me dialing my cell- she yelled- “what are you doing- hey!” I looked up and said- “excuse me?- I’m calling my Stylist”. She instantly became annoyed because her eyes looked like I stole her purse. She immediately reached over the counter and introduced herself as the “owner”. I reminded her we have met several times over the 10+ years of me patronizing the salon and was nice to become reacquainted. I walked out of the salon and called my stylist to get a full understanding and learned no power no scheduling. I knew to reschedule my appt the next day. So I did, called and scheduled like normal. 3 hours before my appt, I received a call explaining the following. “I’m so sorry, but due to the situation with Emon, she does not want you in the salon again”. Stunned, I asked, “what situation?” The poor counter girl was whispering in fear thinking Emon would hear her. And may I add, the stylist was the one who directed the message…. and never reached out to me directly. I’m sure Emon payed her out for her client to have the audacity to want to speak to her own client. And in fear of loosing her job- bowed down. Lisa and I have had a relationship both personal and professional for years. She has been in my home and I hers. It’s a sad shame an employer would maintain such a demanding inappropriate brutal environment and functions with more ego than actual business savvy. I would say her Husband should get more involved- but I’ve seen that interaction as well. Not good…. she must be a villain.

I’m an extremely picky customer with very high expectations and a very tight schedule . After doing a extended research on hair “healthy choices ” for extensions and visit a bunch extensions technicians, I found Toria Pérez she is one of the very limited technicians that do Dream Catchers extensions… Let me tel u, I love them !!! I have try all the other kind (only for volume) it destroyed my hair to the point of no return and I had to cut it from my waistline to above my shoulders!!!
