I loved my manicure, until 2 days later, when my white nail polish starting turning more and more brown in color. By day 4 they were all grey and brown and looked awful. I had to take them off before I even made it to the event that I got them done for. What a waste of money!

In love with this place! I go every 3-4 weeks because they do such a nice job on the polish my nails don’t chip until 3 weeks. This place has an easy to use website to book appointments, I always make an appointment. All the nail technicians are top notch! I enjoy that there is no TV or loud music in here, very relaxing. The pedicure chairs feature a replaced/ clean filter and massage feature. Each pedicure comes with a hot stone foot massage, when I get a speciality pedicure they use a timer for the massage so you know you got the entire massage. Nice touch! I enjoy the wide color selection of dip and gel polishes, thank you all! Extremely clean and priced appropriately for quality of services!

This has been my go-to place for the past 5 years. That ended this week. I noticed a huge change in quality and care once the business changed names/owners (I don’t know the details). I am not the client who comes every two weeks, instead I come because the massage and time taken to care was so worth it. Now everything is rushed, everyone is new and most services are gone! The last 3 times I have been, I’ve had rough, uncomfortable massages that leave me sore or trying not to pull away in pain. I appreciate exfoliating, but they have used a sugar scrub for the 15 min leg massage!! THIS IS PAINFUL! PLEASE STOP!!! One used his fingernails to dig into my toe cuticle. I think he was attempting pressure points, but it turned out to be torture. The most recent time before I even sat down the nail tech was trying to coerce me into some pedicure. I couldn’t understand so I asked for the menu book. Next thing I know, they come out with all of the lotion/scent choices… ones I didn’t even choose! I asked what treatment it was and they pointed to a $75 pedicure! Normally I would let it go and get it, but something told me to decline it. So I did. They just want money and have lost any/all customer interest. This is why businesses fail. They only painted one coat on my toes, noticed it and didn’t make an effort to finish the job. I didn’t care either, I wanted to get out. When I finally got home I realized that my prior dark polish was still on in some places and the new polish was chipping! Here we are 4 days later and I have no polish left. Time to move on. My huge group of GF and I switched to a really great, well loved salon farther north and are much happier.

Tony serviced me today . Last time I came Here I received good service . Well today , Customer service was horrible !! My fingers are all cut up from the machine he used . Also he did a sloppy job with my polish . His energy was very nasty from the start . He slapped oil on my cuticles with out even rubbing it in . Even though the service was terrible . I still tipped him and he was even nasty about that . Thank god im a good person . Because I feel like my nails are garbage and should’ve been done for free.

The first time my daughter & I went here we sat in the pedicure chair for 45 minutes until someone came for a pedicure service .. which was done. Y a man & very quick & ruff .. came back a 2nd time because I had a gift card & had to & got a manicure from someone name tony ..not only was he so ruff on my nails they hurt after the manicure kept using his own long finger nail to scape under my nails, he also kept yanking my hands & fingers around to accommodate him on an extreme ruff rude manor … he also painted my cuticles instead of just the nails … this place is terrible

Wonderful business with dedicated employees! They’re technicians are not only professional but very caring. I always go to my go to technician : Sonny he’s excellent and won’t disappoint! This place deserves alot more stars I’ve never had an issue here. Although I no longer live in the area I travel a whole hour to Lutherville just to get my mani + pedi + eyebrows waxed here.

I have been going here for a while off and on as a secondary place. It became my primary place last year. Cindy is the absolute best! I highly recommend her. She keeps her appointments and she’s punctual and attentive. Be mindful, if you make an appointment with someone else, you may not get that person when you get there. The atmosphere is nice with spiritual, inspirational music in the background.
