I’ve had two really great stylists at Shenanigans. I have hair trauma. I’ve had accidental green stripes and gray stripes so I’m always scared. I trusted Brittany with my hair. She did an amazing job understanding what I wanted and executing the several processes that were required to get the end result. She *really* helped me feel beautiful for my daughter’s wedding and feeling beautiful is no easy feat for me. Give her a shot. She’s super talented.

I have been getting my hair done by Genesis for a couple of years now. She never disappoints! I usually get ashy grey color tones. My hair is always healthy and strong especially since I use the right care shampoos and treatments at home as well. Get your hair done here. Just remember to book ahead of time, especially during the holiday season!

Just finished my 1st appointment with Bridgette and am very happy. I gave her a reference photo and she really hit the nail on the head. I have A LOT of hair, and it’s curly. I am not an easy head of hair, but she washed, cut and styled in just about an hour… I don’t think a hair cut has ever taken that little time for me. And it was good. And she’s delightful.

I actually went to this place keeping it real. I bought 3 wigs. One long lace And 2 short weeks for my mother. Surprisingly I didn’t spend over $200 but out here in California it would cost me. 375 Or more. They had a wide Variety of wigs. Every color you could think of Very nicely styled.

I had my appointment with Whitney and she was very helpful and patient with me. She fixed a messy diy bleach job. She explained everything and answered all my questions and she did not pressure or push me to get a service she could tell I didn’t really want but gave me a color I can live with until my hair recovers and we can play with it again.

We are new to Riverside, my wife has been coming here for the last six months and really likes the way they do her hair. Bridget is her hair stylist. When my wife came here it was difficult to find somebody to cut short hair really good. Brigette does a Excellent job of styling her hair.

I went to the salon to color my hair and style it and I had a really bad experience with Stephanie. Stephanie was so rude to me and talked to me in a very disrespectful way and when I was talking to her, Stephanie told me you need to communicate well and she turned her back and left me. She was very fussy, and had a horrible attitude. Her attitude was very uncomfortable to me that she was not allowing me to finish my sentences to tell her what I need. This is not a professional environment nor is it welcoming for new customers. This was my first time at the salon and definitely is my last time.

Very easy to make an appointment. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The stylist helped my daughter feel comfortable and pick an amazing style that looks great on her! Loved it so much we made another appointment for my other daughter right away.
