Massage by Kaela Lamon LMT I provide therapeutic massage using modalities that are safe, relaxing, and evidence-based to help reduce pain and its impact on function, ease stress and tension, and increase confidence in movement. I offer pain education, if desired, because -know pain, know gain. I have been practicing since October 2014 and self-employed since November 2021. Appointment time options include 30, 45, 60-75, and 90 minutes.
