The customer service is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. It’s not about money, she educated me on hair products and I how to take care of my hair and ME. She makes you feel like a Queen. She make sure that you are happy before leaving the shop. She will call or text you to follow up with you. Nails tech is Amazing with her design. I don’t need to go anywhere else. Here to the end. Shelly has been my hair stylist for years now! My first request for her was to do a closure style on me (which I had never gotten and was completely terrified about) and she killed it! After that she became my permanent stylist and she always goes above and beyond to make sure she is executing whatever look you’re asking for. The thing I like about this shop the most is it’s family atmosphere and the attention to detail that Shelly pays to hair maintenance and your personal satisfaction.

I was referred by a friend and every since then Shelly is the only person that does my hair. She is big on maintaining and treating your natural hair in addition to weaves, closures, styles, etc. would 10/10 recommend. & the shop is beautiful. Shelly has magic hands! I’ve been going to her for years now to get my sew ins and there’s nobody I trust more to do my hair! I started going to Shelly after having decided I want to grow out my short cut. 2 years later my hair is longer and thicker than its ever been all because of her!!!
