Constantly get my nails done. I took and drop my 14-year-old off to get birthday nails. And I came back to this with a $75 Price tag on it saying that they charge for the minimal design for a couple lines drawing X’s. The shape the extra length and a gel topcoat. If you are looking to pay top prices for mediocre basic work this is the place for you.

The service was rushed and very stressful. If you want a service like going to a Spa relaxing this is not the place. My mail got damage for using and abusing the machines to take off the polish. No coming back. Pedicure, Manicure

Critical: QualityHad a dip, and a pedicure, the lady, tammydid my nail they looked nice the first day, and now in 4 days 8 out if 10 nails have chips, cracked on each side, and then tammy asked if i wanted my cuticles cut, which every other salon in this city includes that but not tammy she charged me. I will not be back she charged me 106$ most I have ever paid no wonder your sallon is dead on a Saturday. Nails do not crack in 2 to 3 days well mine did bc they were not done correct. Had a dip, and a pedicure, the lady, tammydid my nail they looked nice the first day, and now in 4 days 8 out if 10 nails have chips, cracked on each side, and then tammy asked if i wanted my cuticles cut, which every other salon in this city includes that but not tammy she charged me. Today my disabled daughter asked for a basic pedicure with nail design and they did a rose pedicure that was $20.00 more. Basically taking advantage of her. Over priced the male nail tech was rude and unprofessional he didn’t speak nor ask me how I wanted my nails I thought when getting a fill you should be asked if you want a cut down and what shape they should be he just did whatever he wanted and had a rude tone and demeanor. Although it is beautiful in the inside the people who work here are just unprofessional multiple times ladies came up and engaged in conversations about my nails as if I was not there. I was overcharged and will NEVER GO HERE AGAIN

Went in for a fill my nail broke the next day. Tried to give them another chance so I got a full set. The lady cut my skin being so rough and didn’t even try to care for it she just proceeded doing the other nails. I asked for a specific powder and she acted like she couldn’t understand what I was saying. They only want to do what they want and not what you ask. Not to mention I waited over an hour just for them to get started and move seats several times because different people were coming in! Stay away don’t waste your time or money.

I’ve had both good and bad experiences here. It depends on who does your nails and how busy they are. My most recent experience was rushed and the girl made me bleed and just acted like it was nothing. I came in for a gel manicure and there wasn’t anyone else there but she went really fast and hurt me several times. I only go there now as a last resort.

Maybe I’m just unlucky, but I got acrylics here and they were honestly the worst I’ve ever gotten… They were $45, completely uneven and the polish didn’t even cover my whole nail… I was very unsatisfied and will definitely not be returning.

The male tech here is extremely rude and unprofessional. He literally was laughing and acting like we were stupid. When asked for my nails to be filed a little more, he grabbed my hand and faced it the other way and was being hateful about it. So petty. I don’t recommend anybody getting services done by him. Worst service ever. We chose this place for my moms birthday and horrible decision.
