Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityIt really depends on which nail tech you have, but I would not take the chance of getting one of the bad ones. Most of my experiences were fine, but my most recent was far from that. The nail tech that I had dropped her tool on the floor and then proceeded to use it on my cuticles without sanitizing. She was very harsh on my cuticles and my hands were left very sore afterwards. The design was also far from what I had asked for. It really depends on which nail tech you have, but I would not take the chance of getting one of the bad ones. Most of my experiences were fine, but my most recent was far from that. The nail tech that I had dropped her tool on the floor and then proceeded to use it on my cuticles without sanitizing. She was very harsh on my cuticles and my hands were left very sore afterwards. I love the pedicures absolutely the best place I found to do mine. I did nails and pedicures for many years myself and I am now to the point I cant keep my toes up anymore I am so glad I found thus place.

After sitting there for 15 minutes another woman came in and said she had an appointment with Denny. I asked him about it and he said he will have someone else do my nails very nonchalantly which really irritated me. He said that another nail tech was on the way… after waiting another 20 minutes… I was very frustrated and left because I was still waiting for a nail tech and the woman who had the appointment was still waiting. What should have happened was…. I should have been thanked for requesting him and told that he had another appointment. At that point I could have just came back, made an appointment or made a decision on my own if I wanted to another nail tech.
