I went in for a facial since my skin is very acne prone and problematic. April did a fantastic job with relaxing me, listening to my concerns and questions, and taking care of my skin. The treatment room was warm and comfortable, the very sounds and smells of the room encourage relaxation.I was there to do a dermaplaning treatment. I’ve never done one before, or anything like it and I was a little nervous at first. April answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns before we began. She was so kind and professional, I felt immediately like I was in the experienced hands of someone who enjoys her job. The treatment bed is heated and had a nice fluffy blanket for comfort and the lighting was low. Treatment begins…April did not just work around my face. I wasn’t expecting that. She did some relaxation techniques that encourage a full body relaxation. She talks you through negative energy release and breathing in all things good and positive. Then she did my treatment. When she was finished, she answered my questions, and gave me some advice on my skincare. Not only does my face look incredible but I feel incredible. I have a general sense of well-being that I haven’t had in a very long time. I’m sorry I waited so long to do this, or something like it. I can’t recommend these ladies enough, for any of the services they offer I’m sure. My dermaplaning was amazing, I’m positive the excel at everything they offer. Having PCOS, one of the lovely side effects is unwanted hair. I specifically get it on my chin/neck, with consistent ingrown hairs, which have turned into scarring. I have been so self conscious of this for YEARS! I literally carry tweezers everywhere with me. I had always wanted to pursue laser hair removal, but always thought it was so expensive, and didn’t want to risk paying if it wasn’t going to help. I finally broke down and made an appointment, and to my surprise it was WAY more cost friendly than I expected. After 1 session, I have had a significant reduction of hair in the area. If this was all the results I would have gotten for what I paid, I would be ecstatic. I just had my 2nd appointment, and I absolutely cannot wait for more to see the full results.
