Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueI arrived early and I was serviced as soon as I sat down. The lady at the left front chair did my braids. She did a fantastic job, especially on short natural hair. I got box braids with corn rows on top. I sent them a picture of the style that I wanted, my braids looked better than the picture. I was very impressed with the finished product. It was well worth the price and time. I arrived early and I was serviced as soon as I sat down. The lady at the left front chair did my braids. She did a fantastic job, especially on short natural hair. I got box braids with corn rows on top. I sent them a picture of the style that I wanted, my braids looked better than the picture. I was very impressed with the finished product. It was well worth the price and time. My hair has been up for 2 months.I will be returning this Sunday for them to take them down and then booking another appointment.

Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismWarning please ladies if you value your money, hair, edges and time don’t go here!!!!! I have been coming here for two years been a loyal customer even though they don’t do your hair like the pictures you give them, have an attitudes, over priced, rude, and talk in their native tongue behind you on the phone majority of the time. On a few occasions Tu didn’t do my hair like the picture I showed her but I was even fine with that. I’m not a hard person to please I appreciated it and made due. I usually get a style that I can do myself because I can braid but we all know it’s harder for you to braid your own hair. When I wanted to try a new style faux locs Tu assure me she knew how much do them and told me the hair to get as usual. While she was doing my hair I could feel it was to tight and she was using so much hair. I even mentioned it and how big they are and she said it was because of the type of hair I got. Well now I’m confused because this is the type that hair she said I should get. When she was done my head hurt so bad it was pulled so tight my scalp was red, swollen, and had pus pimples. Now Ladies we all know if that happens your hair is going to fall out. Not only did it fall out but after my scalp healed enough to remove the locs whole locks of my hair came out with the faux locs. I called sent pictures but the owner acted as if it was no big deal. Unapologetic, no refund, redo nothing. I mean after two years getting your hair done at one place you would think loyalty counts for something. Like an idoit I went back and got knotless braids thinking it wouldn’t be jacked up. I walked in Tu gave me a nasty look and some other lady did my hair and was yanking and pulling I had to jump up and away from her. And it was not done as pictured. When I come in to get braids my hair is washed blow dryed and flat ironed so its no reason to manhandle my head or hair. I learned the hard way ladies but please do your scalp and hair some justice and be cautious. Don’t get comfortable going a place and let them neglect you. Money is hard earned and when you pay good hard earned money for a service it should be worth it. I think what bothered me more was that they insisted that I got boxed braid. There was nothing boxed about these braids. I can’t take a photo because I took them out immediately ! Almost 200.00 down the drain.When I made the appointment ( In person) I showed the technician a picture of a friend who had her hair done there a month ago. She said as did my friend that I wanted micro boxed braids, which is what I told the tech when she called me to the chair. That was the only thing she said to me during the five hours that I spent there. I think what bothered me more was that they insisted that I got boxed braid. There was nothing boxed about these braids. I can’t take a photo because I took them out immediately ! I texted the number they use for booking at 6am and was able to get an appointment that same day! I got mid back knotless braids and they are nice and neat! My head was extremely tight the first day but it’s well worth it because they last! I will definitely be back again for the professional and fast service I received. Great job ladies!
