Got a phone call confirming appointment time but got there and still had to wait on her for 20 minutes. I have highlights in my hair , so they didn’t have hair for my color so I ended up going to hair store and paid lil over $20 but only got a $10 discount. My hair was braided so tight, so tight all my edges were braided up as well. I couldn’t lay down hand to sleep in recliner , my scalp was burning so bad.. I tried 2 hot showers for the steam, I even put warm water in spray bottle to spay my scalp. I tried the hot towel. I’ve been to 2 different shops before, never felt like this. 24 hours later just to get some relief I just wasted my money because I took them out….only had I taken a picture to show how tight it was especially my edges..

I waited almost hours to be seen. Her niece was walking around beware foot in the salon.She waited 3 braids later to tell me that they only cash and wouldn’t continue until I walked across the street to the ATM at the gas to get the cash. Then when she finished she didn’t do it the way I wanted it, I have I regulation and a curfew to follow and it was so too late to change it. The hairstyle was cute but it wasn’t what I wanted. It cost me $80.00 for something I didn’t want. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!!!

I went here for the first time and was not happy. I asked her several times not to braid my edges tight as I have soft hair and I didn’t want the tension on my edges. I said multiple times it was too tight but she continued to braid how she wanted with no regards to me as a client. She also kept insinuating that I was tender headed which is not the case as I get my hair braided all the time. She was very unprofessional and I now have sores in my head from how tight she braided. I will not be going back.

This is a great place to get a professional experience when seeking good, quality hair braiding. Sabrina is great and very kind and professional. She does a great job and I recommend this hair braiding shop to anyone. Braids are neat and nicely done, and last for a while.

My Daughter got her hair did on a Wednesday . That Friday all her plaits felt out. Not to mention one felt out during here Senior Photo Shoot.. When I called them, to tell them they didn’t care. Stylist arrived late, which is very unprofessional! I even texted to confirm out appointment date the evening before. My twists started slipping out around a week after I got my hair done, and I had to get my hair done after 2 weeks by another stylist…. I will not return to this shop.
