Unprofessional af, seems like the place you are welcome at only if you know her personally. Denied me a blowout at my appointment because I had extensions in that are literally weft in saying she would pull them out. Never had an issue getting a blowout before in my life, why would she be that rough anyways ? If you want to excel in your business you should learn to be a people person instead of having a horrible attitude with new clients. She said she needs a certain shampoo for extensions, seems like she just wanted to get off early. Such a cop out, thankfully another salon took me in and did my hair!

I had two very bad experiences at this salon. My first bad experience was when I was suppose to get highlights done in my hair prior to a special occasion the following day. I want to start off by saying I am not familiar with the process of getting professional highlights. On the day of my appointment, I arrived, sat in the chair, and Sheila washed my hair. I was thinking that was backwards, but I trusted the professional. Turns out she “forgot” I was getting highlights. I scheduled my appointment online, so if she just looked what I came in for it would have shown. So anyways long story short, I was unable to get my highlights that day because she had washed my hair already.

A friend recommended Sheila to me when my regular hair stylist wasn’t available for weeks and I was in desperate need of a color touch up but weary about strangers touching my natural hair. She did a fantastic job, I was very pleased with the service and she had me laughing most of the time. Highly recommended, I’ll be back!
