It maximises the strength of hair by reconnecting broken disulphide sulphur bonds in the hair, which gives hair a thicker look and healthier and stronger feeling. The hair bonds break when hair is coloured and subject to regular heat and chemical treatments. It allows you to rebuild the strength, structure and integrity of hair and it is compatible with all hair types. The Olaplex hair treatment is not a cure-all for dry or damaged hair. It is a scientifically-developed treatment that works on hair condition from within, as opposed to a conditioner that improves only the superficial condition of damaged tresses. Olaplex is invaluable in maintaining the disulphide bonds within the hair structure during the colour process. These bonds are normally broken down during the colour process and can sometimes result in breakage and candyfloss results mainly in high lift situations such as balayage, highlights or lift tints. It’s a must for anyone heading lighter.

Blonding sessions are charged by the hour. These sessions include every treatment necessary to achieve the perfect blonde you have always dreamed of. Depending on density and length, sessions can take from 3 hours to 10 hours. (It is very possible that a guest with virgin hair can get desired results in one visit. If you have dark previous color in your hair, expect to return for another session in a month.)		$70.00

Critical: ProfessionalismSheila did my hair for a year and during my last hair appt she tried something new, leaving my hair with chunky, brassy unblended pieces in the back. When I asked her to fix… her response was “this better be bad Karen”… which does not sit well with me. Letting her know this, she downplayed her comment and made it difficult for me to schedule for it to get fixed (offering noon time on a Friday- ) to eventually not even responding and cancelling our next 6 wk appt.- I’ve honestly never experienced such unprofessionalism.- She never apologized for her rude comment.- She didn’t accommodate me when I asked for her to fix and I was a loyal client for a year.- This wasn’t the first time she was inconsiderate and unprofessional: the appt before this past one, she texted me an hour before our scheduled SATURDAY appt (booked 6 weeks in advance) to ask if it was ok to cancel bc “she was too tired” No way do I want someone too tired to be working on my hair, so what was I supposed to say???- Lastly, getting your hair done is a SERVICE. I care about how my hair looks, NOT a 2 hour conversation we share every 6 weeks. There’s so many amazing hairdressers that care about doing a good job and making sure YOU like your hair!Sheila lost a standing client and all she needed to do was fix the unblended parts. I absolutely hate to rate anyone a low rating but people need to know a few things before booking an appt. Rachel at Theory Salon is awesome and you can find her work on Instagram!! Omgaahh!!!! So in love with the new braidless sew in extensions!!! Went from tape extensions to the sew in extensions and WOW what a difference! They look and feel amazing!!! You can’t even tell I have extensions! Highly recommended for anyone wanting to add length or just want more hair in general!
