Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThey burnt my nails the first go which was a Saturday. I called on Sunday and walked in on Monday and asked them if they could fix my gel manicure.. They hesitated, but did so. I walked out with nails that were thin and chipping. I thought they were removing the gel, but I think they were actually grinding my nail down. Nails are broken and chipping polish as the days go on and it’s barely been 5days. Most manicures last ME 3weeks at least, Cause I’m gentle with them. They burnt my nails the first go which was a Saturday. I called on Sunday and walked in on Monday and asked them if they could fix my gel manicure.. They hesitated, but did so. I walked out with nails that were thin and chipping. I thought they were removing the gel, but I think they were actually grinding my nail down. I went in and asked the lady if I could get a set I wanted and she said yes for $25 which I thought was fine for what I wanted. Then the lady doing my nails did a horrible job with them I should have paid attention to the girl she was helping before my because she said that she messed up her nails too. Once the lady was done with my acrylics she started talking with the lady and the front and said the nails were going to be $35. The lady the proceeded to ask what I wanted and I showed her a picture and asked her if she could do it and she told me she could try but I had to pay before just Incase she messed up I just needed a simple yes or no answer if she could do them so I ended up paying $35 dollars for nails I didn’t even want. Which got me even more mad because the girl who was on the phone said they did nails for $7. It also took the lady around 3 hours to do simple nails.

Leave your rings and jewelry at home or risk losing it. Nice manicurists and pedicurists but the nail polish needs to be of better quality. The clear top coat needs to be applied twice and dried with a professional nail polish dryer. If you don’t like the service, speak up and ask them to correct the problem.
