Your card is charged 50% right away, confirmation will come days later, your appointment may be cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment with no alternative option. Yes, that happened to me … sitting there taking out current braids to get new braids in the morning & here comes a robot text stating my appointment was cancelled, refund reflected on my account several days later. This was super inconvenient … the next morning when I should have been getting my hair braided, I was calling around to find someone to braid my taken down hair, everyone was booked 3 weeks out. She does a good job on styling hair and she does a consultation to discuss the condition of your hair before providing services. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Her shop is fairly new and still in the process of being completed. What has been done to it so far looks good. I think when it’s done it’ll look real nice. Even though she turned my hair into something from nothing…her prices are high. She specializes in helping people with alopecia and cancer which might partly explain why she cost so much. If you have the money to spend then pay her a visit.
