Critical: Cleanliness, QualityI went in for a pedicure. I didn’t notice until I went to sit in the chair that they don’t use liners in the foot soak tub! Great, now I’ll probably get some kind of fungus. Then the lady scrubbed my foot so hard on the side she broke the skin and created a sore. I started saying ouch, ouch and had to pull my foot away to get her to stop. She left the polishing to an elderly man. Apparently the color I picked was almost empty. Instead of telling me he poured some kind of thinner in it. The color was putrid. I tried to tell him that I would pick a different color but he just kept trying to put it on my toenails. I finally got the lady’s attention and told her I wanted a different color. She said something to him and he finally stopped. The final look is ok but I would never come back here. Not good. I went in for a pedicure. I didn’t notice until I went to sit in the chair that they don’t use liners in the foot soak tub! Great, now I’ll probably get some kind of fungus. Critical: ProfessionalismI asked for coffin nails and she gave me big bulky uneven nails & when I asked her to fix them up she wasn’t so happy , never coming back to this place & she also lets her unlicensed husband work on clients when she gets super busy !
