If I could rate more than 5 stars I would. As an aging athlete and stressed-out medical provider who often travels, I have found Sheer Day Spa to be a Godsend when I home in Naples. Irina is probably the most skilled massage therapist I have ever experienced. She listens to one’s needs, utilizes various techniques and is the paradigm of professionalism. Had a one hour massage with Irina and I must say it was one of the best massages I have ever had!! Irina is very professional and very knowledgeable in her work. I hold a lot of stress in my neck, shoulders, and back. She was able pin-point every muscle in my body that was so tensed and be able to take my pain away in my back. She is such a wonderful person and will be going back! To find a massage therapist like Irina is very rare!!!

My mother and I went to get a message and it was excellent. My mother is on a portable oxygen machine and the girl made sure my mother was completely comfortable and continually asked if she could breathe OK. My masseuse worked hard to get all my stress and tension out. She worked extremely hard to make sure I was completely relaxed by the end of the massage. I had signed up for a 90 min massage and only received a 60 min which I’m fine with now because I’d say 75% of the massage was compressions over the sheets. Also she presses down on your ankles in an rotation manner but I have had multiple ankles injuries over the years and now I just have a very sore ankle. She was very nice just not what I expected in the terms of a DT massage.
