Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueFirst of all I called to set a appointment at a certain time and showed up 20mins be4 my appointment with Frank literally the only guy on the right side of the shop as I walked in he was just putting some1 in his chair and I said hi I have appointment with Frank he said thats me I have this person and some1 else n then your next and all I could think was im going to be here all day what the point of a appointment…….
