My stylist Alyssa was very welcoming when I arrived. She started on my hair immediately once she saw photos of what I wanted my hair to look like. The process took a long time as I came in with dark hair and my color took long to come in. She was very gentle and kept asking if I was doing ok. We had nice conversations to make the time pass. Very good experience at this salon. staff was very friendly and very willing to listen to what it was i was looking for in my hair. Had Michelle Pereyra. Very professional and fun to talk to. Happy with my hair!! she blended it very nicely without it looking blunt and it was natural and not streaky like u sometimes see with balayage/highlights. ambiance of the salon is very warm and I was very comfortable the whole time. will be coming back for my next treatment!!:)

I came to her in March of this year wanting a red color and she was so thorough and honest with me on what would work and the maintenance behind having red hair which I appreciated so much.
