Workers are nice, but the physical environment is not directed to attend customers. It’s always very cold, because the workers like it cold. Sometimes I have to keep my jacket on. Music is often loud, because workers like loud music. I think it should be a more customer friendly salon.

Went in looking to spend money getting a pedicure and full set. Nobody at the desk. Stylist walked by on the phone and totally looked through me. No greeting. No “somebody will be right with you.” On a Friday afternoon no less. Crummy service. I’d avoid wasting your time.
