Bernice did my haircut, it was supposed too be shoulder length as I showed her a picture of what I wanted, but walked out with a short bob. I do have some uneven parts but I loved that she thinned out my hair since I have the thickest hair. I’m giving it a 1 star ⭐. I had an appointment for highlights and my husband cancelled it within 24 hour’s since I’m in the hospital and I get an email stating they charged me half of the service I was going too get which was a lot of money that was charged. I understand they book appointments for services but if it was cancelled with in the time frame I should not be charged. Especially if I’m in the hospital you would think they would take that into consideration and have a heart.
