Critical: Professionalism, QualityIt’s absolutely ridiculous I even have to write this. I went in with a Groupon and asked if they were able to perform the color I wanted to achieve , I was told yes.So I go to check out and was told the stylist was never told about the Groupon so extra charges were tacked on. Was I annoyed? Sure but I payed and left happy with my service. I wake up the next day and my hair looks like this, I attempted to call the salon because I work and could not go in. No answer and they’re closed Monday. So I finally get them on the phone Tuesday where I was given every answer in the book!1. “If I was a regular customer I would have been charged much more”2 “you were told it would be uneven and said yes anyway” (no one in there right mind would do that)3. Well because you didn’t come to us immediately (even when I tried calling and they’re closed on Monday) they won’t honor it4. I have been doing keratin treatments for well over 10 years. A few years ago, the woman I usually would go to for keratin retired. For the past few years, I have tried many different salons and was disappointed with the treatment. I purchased a Groupon for a keratin treatment at Shearz Off Main and made an appointment with Sally. I’m so glad I did as it was the best treatment I’ve had since my go to woman retired. I will definitely be back when it’s time for another treatment. Thank you sally!

Such a cute salon! I’ve had styling done with both Vita and Gina and they’re both really good! My hair has never looked better or healthier. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. Amazing place and amazing staff. The receptionist is the nicest person you could hope to bump into, and the stylist and owner are so personable, they make the hours fly by. I did the soft keratin treatment and could not believe my hair was frizz free for the first time in my 37 years of life. I’d tried everything and nothing worked! The place is also the most beautiful beauty salon I’ve ever stepped into. From its vanities to the mirrors that seem as if out of Snow White, so much attention was put into every little detail, that I could not help but think, the owner truly loves what she does, and truly likes making her customers feel pampered. From the bejeweled trays to the glass swan business card holders, this salon/boutique looks like out of a dream.

I was looking for a new hair salon. I went on Groupon and tried many salons. I wasn’t happy with most except for Shearz Off Main. They were very friendly, professional and punctual. It’s been 3 years since I first went there and I am still a very loyal customer. I recommend that anyone looking for a reasonable hair salon with great service this is the place for you. I would recommend Sally as the hairstylist but all the other hairstylist are just as awesome. Tracy

I got a balayage, haircut and blowout performed by Sally and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She transformed my hair and took her time to make sure the outcome was exactly what I wanted, even exceeding my expectations. Everyone in the salon was very friendly and the vibes were immaculate.
