Critical: QualityUsually, I am not one to write a review but this time I felt I had to. I saw Danny one month ago (right before the holidays) for a root touch up. This was my first time in this place. I inquired about his coloring expertise before the job was done as I wanted to ensure a professional job. Long story short I ended up with 2 colors; one in my roots and then a different one for the rest of my hair. He tried to dismiss the outcome and kept saying it was not that noticeable. I insisted I was not happy with it and wanted it some solution to it. He said he had no time at that moment and could not schedule me in before the holidays as he was booked and on top of that I would need to pay full cost again for the “Fix Up”. To add to it, not sure what blowout style he did but I walked out of there looking like I had just driven for several hours with the windows down. I thought this was extremely poor customer service. I ended up calling another place as I didn’t want to have to different colors in my hair for the holidays. The second place was extremely professional though she had not made the mistake. She was super nice, she gave me a FREE consultation for about 20 minutes, she gave me some hair products completely free of charge (toner and clarifying shampoo as a temporary solution). She basically fixed someone else’s problem for free. I have now schedule my hair appt with this lady and will not be returning to see Danny.
