Pamela, who is new to the team, did my nails today. She was absolutely phenomenal. Her attention to detail was amazing. The prep work she did was so good that she did my cuticles twice to make sure no spot was missed. She was extremely helpful with helping me pick a color and design that I would like. One of the best manicures that I have had.

Ruthie is the best! I just moved here from Houston, TX. I have been growing my gray out for the past couple of years but I hadn’t had my highlights done to “Blend” my gray in about 5 months so my highlights were dull & brassy and my gray was starting to look a little like a blue haired granny. Staff seemed nice but the lady that did my nails didn’t speak most of my appointment. I asked her to make my nails shorter and she didn’t there are a few nails that are crooked and some are uneven or the wrong size. The design is slightly off from what I asked for and when she asked what shape of nail I wanted before I could answer her she said square okay and just went with it. First time getting my nails done in over a year and I hate to say I am disappointed.

My friend and I made an appointment for 1 and 130 for pedicures. We arrived 10 minutes early and was greeted and told to pick out our polish. After about 10 minutes she told us Nikki was running late and Y-nyhi would do both pedicures. We were fine with that. After 30 more minutes more customers came in and told the receptionist that they had a 130 appointment with Nikki and they said sure she will be right with you. We continued to wait. After several more minutes we decided to leave. We go every month for a pedicure and have loved Nikki and Y-nyhi. But I’m sorry they lost two customers.

I came to Frannie 6 weeks later and she fixed and gave me exactly what I wanted PERFECTLY. She is so sweet and does an amazing job every time. My mom goes to her as well. I absolutely LOVE this salon! I have been going to Nicole for about a year and she is terrific – she does a fabulous job on my nails and I always receive compliments on them. The ease of making appointments online (and rescheduling it if you need to) is so convenient and the confirmation that connects to my calendar is fabulous! Their prices are great; the staff is so friendly and they are all great at what they do! Don’t hesitate to give Shears & Brushes a try – you won’t be disappointed!
