My daughter just got her hair done there from Glenda…. looks nothing like she asked for! Paid 100 and it has gray/purple in it and looks freaking terrible!!!! Poor service. If you don’t have time to do the job correctly then don’t “squeeze” them in! I told my daughter she needs to go back in and either have them fix it or get a refund and she said she’s not going back there and that she will get it fixed elsewhere. Very disappointed. 9/6/22

Wanted just a straight across trim for my long hair. After cutting my hair, she curled it so I couldn’t tell how messed up it was at the time. After I washed it the next day I noticed all different lengths in my hair it looked horrible. Many long random pieces and a bunch of short chunks. Over $40 for a trim and style, plus how much it cost to go somewhere else to get it fixed..
