Critical: ProfessionalismVery clean salon, however unprofessional lash tech. I have been getting my lashes done here since October and stopped going recently when the lash tech Haley was unprofessional by not sticking to her policy she had listed on Instagram. She has a site listed I would always book through for all of my appointments. I booked an appointment in January for a refill and was ten minutes late. I have screenshots where she texted me and told me my appointment was cancelled as I was pulling in to the salon and I told her I was prepared to pay the late fee but her policy that I have a screenshot of from her site stated that appointments are canceled after 15 minutes. She had an attitude when I came in to talk to her about it and said she would have to rush on me because she had an appointment an hour later. However I had already rebooked another lash appointment with her for that hour and told her that there were more available appointments listed on her website following that one and she told me she doesn’t require everyone to book through her website. This was appalling as I have been a loyal client who referred friends and have waited numerous times for her on other clients who should would push my appointment back for and I still continued to give her service.Very clean salon, however unprofessional lash tech.
