I went to this place last year to get eyelashes extensions because I had my thyroid removed and my eyelashes were very little and I did not have much. So I went back a year later as my eyelashes grew out a lot more so I went to Lauren and asked if my eyelashes was full enough to get them done because I wanted to get them done. She said yes they was plenty enough to do them. After the third day one fell off, it just fell on my cheek within 6-7 days 6 come out of my right eye and all stayed in my left eye. I simply asked a question because the last ones didn’t work like it should have. This time it was only my right eye and I sleep on my left side then to right. So with the message I simply was trying to understand about the problem with them and what could I do. She said it was normal that many fell out but not one come out of my left eye and it’s still not one has come out on that side. I even said I trust her judgement, then she texted back I don’t think you trust what I said and I no longer will do your extensions, your a nice lady, there was this word BUT… She cancelled the appointment as soon as she typed her message and that was it. She could have said if you would like to have them removed I will do that but I’ll not do anymore for you because of the misunderstanding. She didn’t give me that choice. I watched many of videos on this and the problem was she did not use enough glue and that was the problem because not one of my eyelashes have come out only what she put on me. If you look closely at my eye’s you will see the gap. This is why I give one star.
