I bought a Groupon to try this salon. I have struggled and struggled to schedule an appointment. The groupon indicated to schedule via text. However, Ashley was not responsive and when she did reply she would say something like “How about Wednesday?” When I would reply for a time, there was no response. One time I let her know I couldn’t do after work due to prior engagements and she asked me for a time. I gave her a time and she said she had nothing til after 4. So why would she even ask? I have finally just started a trade in on Groupon because it appears she doesn’t have any interest in new clients.
