DO NOT GO HERE- I WAS SCAMMED! I left with a streaky balayage (instead of blonde hair), which she wouldn’t tell me the price of until the end- $300 CASH! For context, I got my hair “dyed” here last year, and had called mentioning I would be running late, but when I arrived I was immediately greeted with a woman yelling “You’re late, I won’t have time to wash your hair!” (Which she ended up doing anyways). The unprofessionalism didn’t end there, in the middle of my session SHE SWITCHED CLIENTS and was really friendly speaking in Spanish to this new woman, but didn’t speak at all to me… I asked for a full blonde dye (with pictures), which she didn’t do at all 🙁 SHE COMPLETELY SCAMMED ME.

I really need to come more often, but about once a year I come in and Ana cuts my hair. I’m so picky with haircuts since I have a round face and curly hair. Not everyone can cut curly hair, despite their best tries. The worst part is that many stylists don’t even listen to what their curly-haired clients want and just do their own thing. For me, this means that I end up looking like a pyramid-head with a swollen round face. But not with Ana, she listens to what I want and makes me look great. Most of her clients are curly-haired as well. I’ll be sticking with Ana for years and years to come! And, one more thing, I really love the new location. Parking is so easy and it’s much more open and flowing ❤️

This place was an utter disappointment. First of all, the lady who was washing my hair got water over my back. And she seemed afraid to even handle my hair. The tools that she worked with were low quality. I was expecting more because I know one of the ladies working there, Erika, with her it’s a totally different story. But I’m pretty disappointed. The lady attending me didn’t treat my hair with the care it needed since my hair is double processed. And they don’t even have a sign that says their salon name. I was looking and looking for it, it looks more like a house than anything. Sorry but I am not happy with the service.
