Around 1:20pm im trying to find the salon so i call to confirm the address and she stated she thought i said no so theres no appointment for me and she was laughing. very unprofessional and i feel like she did that purposely just off the fact she was laughing while im on the phone

I’ve been going to Man Made Hair BarberShop for years. Always found myself settling after every hair cut at that shop. Lovely people, but they just don’t follow directions the best.
